HOW ACCURATE ARE THE MACROS ON MY MEALS

At My Fit Foods we weigh your food using scales, sometimes there may be a slight 5% variance over/under due to extra sauce/seasoning or vegetables. Please get in touch with the team if you wish to discuss your macros.

 

WHO COOKS MY MEALS?

Our Fit Foods team is fully qualified and we are proud to boast that we operate out of a 5-star kitchen.

DO YOU CATER FOR MEDICAL CONDITIONS (IBS, ALLERGIES, INTOLERANCES)?

We can adapt meal plans with the guidance of the customer to suit their particular requirements.

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE AND WHERE DO THEY COME FROM?

We use only the best quality products, sourced and fully traceable from our trusted suppliers.

CAN I FREEZE MY MEALS?

You can freeze your meals; however, we recommend a maximum time of 6 weeks.

CAN MY MEALS BE EATEN COLD?

Yes, however we recommend you eat them hot.
Please reheat in the microwave for 3-4 minutes.

DO MY MEALS ARRIVE FRESH OR FROZEN?

Your meals always arrive fresh!

HOW LONG DO MY MEALS LAST?

72 Hours after production date when refrigerated, please ensure your fridge is set to the appropriate temperature.

DELIVERY FAQS

DO I NEED TO BE IN FOR MY DELIVERY?

Please MAKE sure you are in to sign for your parcel.

My-Fit Foods LTD DO NOT take responsibility for non-delivered parcels.

You will receive a text message from UPS when your parcel is expected to arrive, you will also be given the option to change your delivery if needed.

Options available to you if you are not in are:

  • Collect from your local UPS Access Point. 

Please call UPS on 0345 787 7877 to track your parcel.

WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?

We cook and prepare all UK Orders on Monday to Friday.

These meals are delivered to your door via next day delivery courier service from Tuesday to Saturday.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

UK Weekday Next Day deliveries are £6 standard and £8 for pre 12:00am 

Saturday deliveries are £15 you must select the option on the checkout page if you require a Saturday delivery.

you can choose to subscribe so you never have to re order or simply re-order with existing or new choices online.
