Scott was working as a personal trainer for over 10 years. He worked with many different types of people and it was then that he truly recognised why people find it so difficult to lose weight or reach their fitness/health related ambitions.
He noticed that most individuals are eating bland, basic foods for ease. When they reach their targets this makes them relapse so much quicker, it’s a vicious cycle. He wanted to find a way to help them.
Teaming up with Dave was the obvious move. Dave has an incredible passion for making great tasting food. He’s a father and juggles a busy work schedule too, so he knows the importance of finding a way to eat healthily and live a full life. They sat down with Michelin star chefs and started designing the next generation of healthy meals.
